Child Parent Relationship Training (CPRT) Group for Parents
8 weeks • Online • $45 per session per family*
Between books, blogs, and endless advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but you don’t have to do it alone.
Designed for parents of children ages 3–10 who want to feel more confident, connected, and encouraged, this class offers something different: a small, supportive group where you’ll learn practical, proven skills to strengthen your bond with your child, get real-time answers to your parenting questions, and connect with other parents who understand what you’re going through.
Because advice alone isn’t enough—you deserve connection, skills, and a community that has your back.

“Taking the CPRT class gave me a whole new lens for how I interact with my child. I learned the power of letting them lead during play, and how that simple shift builds connection, confidence, and trust. It’s helped me slow down and really see my child—not just guide or teach, but follow their lead and enjoy who they are.”

“I loved that there was not too much content. It didn’t feel overwhelming it felt attainable. I loved the communal aspect of being able to talk with other parents and see and hear of other examples and experiences. I am very appreciative for the expertise of the clinicians and really think this would be an awesome class for all parents.”

What is CPRT?
Child Parent Relationship Training is an evidence-based program that teaches you how to use your child’s natural language, play, to connect more deeply. You’ll learn how to join your child in this language, creating new shared experiences that help both you and your child feel more understood, supported, and connected.
We’ll also lean on interpersonal neurobiology to help explain what’s going on in a child’s brain when emotions take over. You’ll learn why it’s so easy for kids to “flip their lid” in stressful moments—and how you can regulate your own nervous system in order respond with clarity, calm, and connection.
Over time, these connections foster cooperation, strengthen relationships, and support emotional regulation for both of you.

Play is a child’s language and toys are their words.
